Required Technical Recruiter for US Staffing

 

Hi,

We are looking for an individual who will be a part of our offshore recruiting team for positions in the U.S. This individual is responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates for technical and other positions related to US IT staffing business. This individual will be responsible for high volume technical recruiting to fulfill demanding contract and permanent staffing needs all over the US.  Sourcing and screening candidates must be done within a very quick turnaround time and ability to handle multiple tasks.  The candidate will be interfacing with the US team and it is imperative that the candidate be fluent in English oral and writing skills.  

 

Candidate must meet the following requirements for consideration:

·         Be able to identify potential candidates based on job requisitions provided by our sales executives using Job Board, Placement Ads, and Networking

·         Knowledge of IT programs and buzzwords. 

·         Strong computer and internet usage skills

·         Conduct the initial screening to determine suitability and interest of candidate and provide candidate with information on the position and our company

·         Compile weekly reports to management on the sourcing activity

·         Proficiency with MS Office is necessary

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Be able to communicate effectively via email to both candidates and US office counterparts.

·         The ability to work well under pressure.

·         A bachelor's degree in a technical field (i.e. electronics, computer science, laboratory science), is preferred.
