FOR OTHER POSITIONS KINDLY CALL/email me]    Siebel 8.1.1 EAI Consultant w OM; Pricing & Quotes NJ: 1 Year   Position is for a senior developer  to assist with ongoing maintenance and improvement of the Management Reporting platform. The senior developer will be responsible for working with other team members in designing, developing, testing, implementing and troubleshooting user-facing components of the Platform, with specific emphasis on the Client and Report Configuration application.  Activities will involve * Participating in business requirements * Application design * Hands on development Responsibilities include: * Ongoing development Report Configuration applications leveraging Siebel technology * Analysis, design, coding and unit testing of bug fixes, feature improvements, and system enhancements, as assigned by the team lead Supervisory responsibilities NA Key clients (internal and external) Role requirements Professional/technical experience * Advanced knowledge of Siebel 8.1.1 development skills, including complex configuration of applets, views, business components, business objects * Familiarity with the use of MVLs, reverse joins * Familiarity with VBCs and EBCs, as well as applet configuration using VBCs and EBCs * Strong scripting experience with server scripts, browser scripts, and business services * Experience with EAI components, including configuration of integration objects and web service design and development *Exp w OM; Pricing & Quotes  is THE  KEY  for BAGGING  THIS SPOT * Working knowledge of Siebel Java DataBean (Experience with Java a plus) * Familiarity with SQL server 2005, including query optimization and stored procedures * Familiarity with DB2 and Sybase databases, including stored procedure creation * NA Academic and professional qualifications * BS/BA in MIS, Computer science,  Engineering * At least 5 years of Siebel development experience required Language skills * Verbal and written proficiency in English is a must Personal attributes * Hard working, self motivated, and assertive * Must be highly detail oriented * Must possess strong organizational skills. * Ability to think outside of the box when working on development solutions     We have a very strong preference for candidates with background in e-commerce application development as opposed to financial sector application development which focuses on financial reporting / internal applications.
