DIRECT CLIENT - WEBLOGIC PORTAL Developer w/ Spring Exp

 

Location: NC

Duration: 1+ year

 

CLIENT IS PORTING THE APPLICATION FROM WEBLOGIC 10.2 to Spring 3.0

 

Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities of the individual in this position are to architect, design, development, implementation and maintenance of websites. The candidate will develop code using Java J2EE, software package solutions, Portal tools.

 

 

The candidate MUST have experience with the following technologies: - J2EE , Portal, XML, XSL, XSD,

- hands-on Java/J2EEE developers

- Struts, Spring experience

- strong front-end experience (emphasis on Web User Interfaces development): CSS, AJAX, Javascript

- XML, XSLT

- Web Services integration

- System analysis, design, hands-on development and software architecture proposals

- We have a very strong preference for candidates with background in e-commerce application development as opposed to financial sector application development which focuses on financial reporting/internal applications
