Description:

Technical Requirements/Skills

- Expert Javascript with knowledge of latest libraries and frameworks
- Expert XML, XSLT, HTML, CSS
- Strong JSP, server side scripting
- Good knowledge of Java, Groovy
- Familiarity with the Spring Source Grails framework and or other Web Development Frameworks
- Design integration experience
- Capable of managing peer-level developers and has excellent communication skills.
- Able to work with product, design, and other platform groups

Responsibilities
- Leading or assisting in the development, planning and optimization of code for common  client site components
- Analysing and providing strategic direction for developing products in a way that is forward looking, resusable, and leverages shared code and concepts.
- Monitoring and assessing code written by peer developers, as well as offshore contractors
- Documenting and providing tools to help spread knowledge around product implementation, technical concepts and best practices
