INFORMATICA Consultant with Wealth Mgt/Investment Banking

Main Duties

 

The Senior Informatica developer will be responsible for working with other team members in designing, developing, testing and implementing data warehouse and other subscriber feeds for all Informatica processes. Activities will involve participating in business requirements, design and hands on development including data models, Informatica and BI applications and dimensional modeling.

 

Requirements

·         5+ years of Informatica design, development, and configuration management experience in     Informatica 8.1 or above.

·         Define, design, configure, maintain and monitor Informatica technical environments.

·         Experience with design of large scale Informatica solutions integrating internal and external sources.

·         Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues related to system performance, Informatica applications, and data integrity.

·         Responsible for quality assurance review.

·         2+ years hands on Database development (preferably in DB2/UDB).

·         Experience in writing stored procedures and optimizing database queries

·         Experience in UNIX platform is must.

·         Experience in analyzing business requirements.

·         Experience in producing detailed technical specs.

·         Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

·         Experience in financial services preferred.

·         Exposure to Autosys scheduler strongly preferred.
