JOB DESCRIPTION:

MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics development for large-scale enterprise systems.
• Working knowledge of Visual Studio .NET 2008, ADO.NET 3.5 Data Sets, ASP.NET 3.5 Master Pages, Crystal Reports, HTML, JavaScript, SQL Server 2008 and Transact-SQL, Web Services.
• Ability to plan technical architecture
• Experience with database design
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of testing tools and techniques.
• Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources.
• The ability to see tasks through to completion with minimal guidance.

DESIRABLE SKILS/EXPERIENCE:

Understanding of a variety of additional programming languages, architectures, and standards (e.g., J2EE-Java, n-tier architecture, service oriented architecture)..
Experience in Agile development methodology
