DIRECT CLIENT: WPS / BPM Consultant with experience in developing, deploying & administering WPS, BPM, WBM Application.
Duration: 1 Year

Job Title: WPS / BPM Consultant (Development + Deployment)

Job Description: The successful candidate should have very strong experience with WebSphere Process Server & WebSphere Business Monitor. Candidate will be responsible to guide and support BPM (WPS/WBM) related application development teams throughout the application lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibilities: Duties will include.

* WPS internals
* Strong understanding of BPM/WBM
* Understanding of application architecture [Need not be architect]
* Identify, solution and implement reuse opportunities
* Continuous solution improvement
* Coordinate infrastructure change testing
* Coordinate BCP and failover testing
* Participate in off hours support coverage rotation

Required skills and experience:

* Expert level knowledge of WebSphere, WebSphere Process Server and WebSphere Business Monitor internals (5 years minimum)
* Hands-on experience building, deploying and supporting WebSphere Process Server applications and WebSphere Business Monitor models
* Strong understanding of WebSphere Services Registry and Repository (WSRR), ITCAM for Application Diagnostics and web based security models a plus.
* Mainframe experience, especially WebSphere Process Server on z/OS or z/Linux a big plus.
* Hands on experience with at least one database platform (DB2 preferred)
* Some Java understanding is helpful.
* Ability to decompose documents to identify deployment requirements and configurations for complex integrations
* Proven ability to facilitate task breakdown and scope discussions
* Ability to prioritize work load and consistently meet deadlines
* Very strong oral and written communication skills; good listener
