Description:

 

We are looking for IT Sales Executive with at least 3 year of relevant experience. He should be keen to work in night shift. Candidate should have strong insights to handle sales activity related to RPO/ Staffing business. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills as he need to support XDuce US office. Should have computer proficiency and internet savvy. US accent is an extra feather to have.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Primary activities involved would be

 

• Developing and maintaining contacts with End Clients and large Staffing Clients who are looking out to fill their short term and long term IT needs.
• Marketing the resume of our employees and securing client interviews for them.
• Securing Purchase orders from clients and managing the account.
• Interacting and helping our Employees develop and market their resumes.
• Soliciting IT Personnel to join our company on W2 as well as contract basis.

Required Qualification:

BCA, MCA, at least one year computer course from well known institute.
