SCOPE OF SERVICES
Serve as Senior Spatial web application developer in Wintel/C# .Net/ ESRI/Open Source/Oracle
Environment- the need will exist to programmatically integrate attribute data from Enterprise wide databases, frameworks and services.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE
Geospatial_Web_Developer
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of development experience 4 of which in a spatial web development environment.
- Computer Science or related technical degree from an accredited four year university.
Technical Requirements:
- Experience with ArcGisServer 9.3.1.x Image ServerArcSDE enabled spatial data sets Application development
- JavaScript
- CSS
- HTML
- XML
- C# .Net ASP.Net
- Oracle 10gr2 g –sde-sdo geometry vector and raster datasets
- Internet Information Server (IIS)
- In depth experience with spatial web applications planning, development and coding
- Experience with ESRI ArcGIS Desktop products (ArcCatalog, ArcMap) preferred
- Openlayers javascript API
- Geoserver (open source) experience
- Json
- Jquery
Education
BS degree and above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other relevant Engineering
N/A
DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE :
- Experience with mobile spatial web applicationsSDK's desired
- Experience with WMSWFS services and cloud experience desired.
